Residential Once Off Clean Checklist ($60/hr)
The Once Off Clean is a professional, comprehensive reset of your home, delivered using our low-toxic, market-leading products. This service focuses on detail and accessible high-traffic areas to establish the Alpine Standard.
All Living Areas & Bedrooms
Dusting & Detailing: All accessible surfaces, furniture, and décor are thoroughly dusted. This includes light fixtures, window sills, and reachable air vents.
Floor Care: All hard floors are vacuumed and then damp-mopped for a spotless, residue-free finish. Carpets and rugs are thoroughly vacuumed, including edges.
Wiping Down: We wipe down all accessible skirting boards and doors to remove scuff marks and dust build-up.
Glass & Mirrors: All glass tables and mirrors in living spaces are cleaned and polished.
Presentation: Cushions and blankets are tidied and arranged for a professional, organised look.
Bins: All interior rubbish bins are emptied and relined.
Kitchen
Surfaces: Benchtops and splashbacks are cleaned, sanitised, and polished.
Sink & Tapware: Sink is scrubbed, and tapware is cleaned, descaled, and polished to remove watermarks.
Appliance Exteriors: The exterior of all major appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher) is wiped clean.
Cabinets: Exterior of accessible cupboard doors and handles are spot-cleaned.
Alpine Difference: The interior and exterior of the microwave are cleaned as a standard inclusion.
Bathrooms & Toilets
Sanitisation: The toilet, shower/bath, and vanity are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
Showers: Glass shower screens are cleaned to minimise soap scum and streaks.
Mirrors: All bathroom mirrors are polished.
Tapware: Tapware and fittings are polished to a high shine.
Alpine Difference: We focus on the detailed cleaning of the grout lines visible around the vanity and tap areas to prevent mould build-up.
Exclusions (Important Note)
To maintain efficiency and the hourly rate, this service excludes tasks requiring significant extra time or specialised equipment: interior window cleaning, oven interior cleaning, removal of heavy mould/mildew, lifting/moving heavy furniture, or cleaning of high ceilings/walls. These items require a Deep Clean upgrade.
Approximate Cleaning Duration Guidelines
These guidelines are based on a Standard Recurring Clean and assume an average state of cleanliness. Initial Once Off or Deep Cleans may require an additional 1 to 2 hours.
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Unit: Expect 2.0 – 2.5 hours. This is ideal for quick, efficient maintenance in small units or apartments.
2 Bedroom / 1-2 Bathroom Home: Expect 2.5 – 3.5 hours. This is our most common recurring clean size and allows for thorough attention to high-traffic areas.
3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Home: Expect 3.5 – 4.5 hours. This is the recommended minimum to ensure consistent quality in larger family homes with more surface area.
4 Bedroom / 2+ Bathroom Home: Expect 4.5 – 6.0+ hours. For larger properties, this ensures the team can deliver the full scope of the Alpine Standard to all areas.
Important Note: These are time estimates. The final duration may vary based on the home's condition, clutter level, and specific requirements. We always aim to meet the Alpine Standard within the booked window.
