Recurring Residential Clean Template

The Recurring Clean secures guaranteed, consistent quality on a regular basis (weekly or fortnightly). We focus on maintaining the health and appearance of your home, ensuring the Alpine Standard is met every visit using our low-toxic products.

All Living Areas & Bedrooms

  • Maintenance Dusting: All accessible surfaces, furniture, and décor are dusted. This includes light switches and sills. Note: We utilize a rotating detail system to ensure that tasks like individual blind slats or detailed skirting boards are cleaned on a consistent cycle, not every visit.

  • Floor Care: All hard floors are vacuumed and then damp-mopped for a spotless finish. Carpets are thoroughly vacuumed.

  • Tidying & Presentation: We actively straighten and arrange cushions, throw blankets, and exposed items for a neat, "hotel-tidy" finish.

  • Bins: All interior rubbish bins are emptied and relined.

Kitchen

  • Sanitisation: Benchtops and splashbacks are cleaned, sanitised, and polished.

  • Sink & Tapware: Sink is scrubbed, and tapware is cleaned and polished.

  • Appliance Exteriors: The exterior of the oven, fridge, and dishwasher is wiped down.

  • Cabinets: Exterior of the most-used cupboard handles and fronts are spot-cleaned.

  • Alpine Difference: We follow a detailed log of client-specific preferences and notes (e.g., specific areas of focus or exclusion) strictly for every service.

Bathrooms & Toilets

  • Regular Cleaning: The toilet, shower/bath, and vanity are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

  • Glass: Glass shower screens are quickly wiped to manage soap scum buildup.

  • Tapware: Tapware and fittings are polished.

  • Alpine Difference: We use low-toxic methods to focus on consistent moisture control and sanitisation, helping to inhibit common mould and mildew growth.

Exclusions (Important Note)

To maintain efficiency and consistency, this recurring service excludes tasks that belong in the deeper cleaning cycle: interior window cleaning, deep degreasing, detailed cleaning of oven interiors, and intense grout scrubbing. These tasks are covered by an occasional Deep Clean upgrade.

Approximate Cleaning Duration Guidelines (Recurring)

These figures represent the approximate hours required for a Standard Recurring Clean to meet the Alpine Standard.

  • 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Unit: Expect 2.0 – 2.5 hours.

  • 2 Bedroom / 1-2 Bathroom Home: Expect 2.5 – 3.5 hours.

  • 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Home: Expect 3.5 – 4.5 hours.

  • 4 Bedroom / 2+ Bathroom Home: Expect 4.5 – 6.0+ hours.

  • Important Note: These are time estimates. The final duration may vary based on the home's condition, clutter level, and specific requirements. We always aim to meet the Alpine Standard within the booked window.
